Possible Mold?

Hello!
I was out of town for a long weekend came back home and walked in and there was an awful smell. Turns out there is a leak under the sink. There isn't going to be anyone out until tomorrow to fix it. I'm worried if there is mold- is it harmful for me to be smelling it all night? Btw- we live in a 2 bedroom apartment it's sort of confined. Should I call my doc?
