  • 1. How many weeks postpartum?
    4 months

    2. How many pounds do you want to lose to reach your pre-baby weight (most recent child)?
I went up in weight last week, so now I have 5lbs to go again.

    3. How many pounds do you want to lose to reach your ideal weight?
Roughly 2 dress sizes, whatever that is

    4. What is your overall plan?
Keep working out with the trainer 1-2x per week, plus trying to squeeze in spin bike or pool time whenever I can. Also, continue low carb diet

    5. How did last week go?
Had a stomach bug. Spent a couple days eating stuff like white rice because it's all my stomach could handle. Gained weight from the carbs

    6. What is your plan for the upcoming week?
Don't eat white rice for 3 days straight

QOTW - What's your favorite thing about fall
I love having something cooking in the crock pot while I watch football

  • 1. Getting close to 2 years.

    2. Not sure.

    3. I know I need to lose at least 10 lbs to reach my ideal weight, probably more at this point.

    4. I need to eat better and get more excercise. I want to start walking with the stroller when it starts cooling off.

    5. Last week was awful. I ate tons of crap because I was so tired and hormonal.

    6. This week I'm determined to get back on track. I'm going to try to eat more veggies.

QOTW- I love everything about fall. It's my favorite season. I love the crisp feeling in the air, the colorful foliage, being able to wear my boots and scarves, and I love love everything pumpkin spice!

  • 1-3. 4 months pp and 3 lbs to go to goal weight.

    4. Since last week have changed the plan to running and doing the No More Mummy Tummy Challenge.  Eating well.  No dessert every night. No M&Ms for afternoon snack.

    5. Last week was okay.  Went running 3x, so that was a big win.  And it was great. I'm glad to be back.  As for the NMMTC, that was kind of a bust.  I did it the first 3 days and then I haven't done it since.  I'm just not that into it, but clearly I need to work on my core because some of the exercises were pretty challenging.  I shed a few more pounds since moaning about my belly a few weeks ago, and it's actually starting to look better.  And I'm in most of my pre-pregnancy shorts (yay!).  There are still two pair that I can button, but they are not comfy, so still trying to fit into those.

    6. This week I'm going to try to run 3x and stick with the good eating.  I forget that when I run during the week while nursing, I get super hungry and have to eat more.  Like ravenous.  So the key will be to make good choices and make sure that I'm filing up with good things (not like the ice-cream that I ate tonight).  I suppose I should keep working at the core and get back into the mummy tummy challenge (ugh).

QOTW - I love Fall - it is my favorite time of year.  Can start wearing jeans and long sleeves again, the air is crisp and fresh and can sleep with the windows open for some fresh air.

    1. How many weeks postpartum?  3 months

    2. How many pounds do you want to lose to reach your pre-baby weight (most recent child)? 4 lbs

    3. How many pounds do you want to lose to reach your ideal weight? 8 lbs

    4. What is your overall plan? Move more!

    5. How did last week go? I've been pretty good with eating, except for two days of ice cream overload. But it was worth it. :p  I didn't get outside as much as I planned, so that's where my focus is for the coming week.

    6. What is your plan for the upcoming week? Going to visit my parents this weekend so I hope we can go out for a run - it will be the first since early in my second trimester.

QOTW - What's your favorite thing about fall? Sunshine and milder temperatures where we live now. In Canada, it was of course the red maple trees. This year, I look forward to being able to go for walks with LO in a carrier - it's been way too hot to put him in the Ergo over the past two months.
  • 1. How many weeks postpartum?
    Six weeks
    2. How many pounds do you want to lose to reach your pre-baby weight (most recent child)?
One pound.  Was hoping to be there by now, but went up a half pound this week instead of down.
    3. How many pounds do you want to lose to reach your ideal weight?
    31-ish
    4. What is your overall plan?
I really have to change my mindset.  Gotta move more and eat less.
    5. How did last week go?
Eh.  Not great.  Too much snacking.
    6. What is your plan for the upcoming week?
Gonna pick up some healthy snacks.  Gonna look into some new recipes.  I'm kinda bored and find I eat the same thing over and over again.  Am trying a baby-wearing yoga class tomorrow, so I hope that will be fun.

QOTW - What's your favorite thing about fall?
Everything!  I love that the temperature out here in AZ gets to be under 100 degrees, lol!  Love wearing jeans, tanks and flippies.  Love football.  Love traveling north to enjoy the cooler temps and fall leaves.  Love the holidays.  Just love it all!
