Prepared Childbirth Classes at St. Barnabas

Has anyone taken the prepared childbirth classes offered at St. Barnabas? Are they worth it? I feel like $160 is a lot to shell out unless the class is really helpful.

    We took the class. I was glad we took it, but I ended up with a scheduled c-secion (baby was breech from 35 weeks) so when it came down to it I'm not sure how "helpful" it was. If you're on the fence it's probably not worth it. They show a couple videos you can probably find on Youtube, and teach you different breathing & relaxation techniques. Definitely take the (free) hospital tour though!

    We took the class as well. I'm happy we told, my dh was ok about it. It was nice to meet other ft parents there. The last class was the best one.
