Gotta be a boy right? This was from 12w4d, and that little nub definitely looks like a wiener. What do you think, did your boys look like that at 12 weeks?

Did a tech tell you that is what that is? My boys got full on pics of gender at 20 weeks and they were much smaller than that and could not be seen on a side view. To me that doesn't look like a gender shot, but I am not a tech.

I'm pretty sure it would be too early to have that much of a prominent "wiener" from a side view...

It would be too small to tell from a profile view I believe. The "boy part" looks like part of the leg

Can't see from a side view like that... Most likely leg or umbilical chord (second for coloration)

Based on "nub theory", they guessed boy but obviously won't be confirmed for another month

At 12w gestation both boys and girls have nubs like that, sorry to say.

That's not the view they use to determine sex, even at 20 weeks. They use what is called a 'potty shot' which is basically the view you'd have of someone sitting on a toilet, looking up from inside the toilet. I did a horrible job explaining that! Anyway no, that's not your baby's 'wiener'

Yes, very boyish. You are actually looking at the Nub, which depending on angle, can offer a sex insight at 12-13 weeks. Forked and/or flat with a downward trend indicated girl. Bulgy and/or upward trend indicates boy.
