I'm 7 weeks today I'm so excited but I'm having this weird craving for ice lol I eat regular food and feel nauseous but when I eat ice I'm ok lol is this normal?
Don't take an iron supplement (just take a prenatal), until you get blood work done. Excess iron can't be urinated out and can be toxic to a developing baby. Only take iron supplements if you have been diagnosed as anemic.

I would change prenatals to one that has iron in it. They sometimes can be the ones that make nausea worse- so I alternate between one with and one without iron!
I have also heard that craving ice can indicate low iron. Anemia is pretty common during pregnancy. Don't start an iron supplement without consulting your OB because you don't want too much, and also because it can cause severe constipation.... but you can start trying to work more red meat and leafy greens into your diet! And definitely mention your concerns to your OB so that they can test your iron levels and be sure everything is good. If your iron is low, don't panic. I think I read up to 50% of pregnant women have low iron during pregnancy? So just talk to your doctor about how to proceed.
