I am getting annoyed with this dizziness and miagraines. it is affecting my day to day life. k can't even stand up for more then 10 minutes. I work in health care and call in sick 2-3 times a week.
I see my ob Monday and hopefully she will have some answers. I am 21.5 weeks, and am going to have to go on sick leave sooner then later

    I'm so sorry to hear this. I would be super bummed too. If I didn't work in an office I know I wouldn't be able to work till full term and I would have had to miss much more work in the first tri too. So I'm thankful for that. I can't stand at all for more than a minute or so or I get super exhausted, that's sad right, or pathetic, maybe both. I had high hopes to be able to excercise during pregnancy, even walking sounded like a great idea, and I'm not able to do anything but work eat and sleep.

    thanks ladies, it's happening now I am laying down, my head is spinning and I feel like I'm going to vomit from it. it's getting hard

    This happened to me during my last pregnancy. The ob prescribed a safe painkiller that had caffeine in it. I had to take it right as I felt the migraine starting. Wish I could remember the name.

    I have been calling in sick for migraines almost every other week. I'm also in healthcare and it feels gut wrenching, but so much better than having a headache at work. I hope it gets better for you really quick! Im sure you will find a solution! Tea, water and bed rest is my prescription!

    I'm no help with the migraines, but I had that god-awful dizziness during my 1st and 4th pregnancies.  With the first, I was anemic and ended up taking iron supplements.  With the 4th, my blood sugar would drop often.  Almost daily my blood sugar would drop to somewhere between 45 and 60.  I had to start eating snacks a little more often.  Hope you feel better soon.
