So we created our registry online. We used baby list, which allows you to pull items off of every website and have them all in one place.(for example, crib from wal mart, bouncer from amazon, such and such from babies r us, etc)
Well, I should have known this might cause some confusion for older relatives. Haha so my grandma wanted to purchase our crib and have it shipped to our house. The crib we wanted was located on wal Marts website, not available in stores. So my grandma had a bit of confusion with navigating the website but she ended up figuring it out and we received the crib earlier today. Whoo hoo!... Only the box says "espresso" color and not "pebble grey" color like what was on our registry.

so I just assume my grandmother made a mistake and didn't want to make her feel bad on top of the confusion she already experienced. So I call walarts customer service and ask what I'm able to do without a receipt or anything because, again, I'd rather her not know there was an issue so as not to make her feel bad or anything.
So, easy enough remedy. Just take it into the store, they can return in for store credit, I can reorder with the correct color. Granny will be none the wiser. However! Upon getting home I take a closer look at the box and find the order number. Just out of curiosity I go back on the website and look up the tracking info. Tell me why it says PEBBLE GREY color?!? (which was the correct color) so my poor grandma didn't even make a mistake, they did!!! So now I want to call back because why am I responsible for taking it in and reordering it when they are the ones that effed up?!?!
