Level 4 Tear

Is anyone else recovering from a level 4 tear? I've been reading more about them and how rare they are. Also the recovery has been tough but hearing about the future problems that I could experience is really freaking me out. Also, what does it mean for future vaginal deliveries? Just wondering if anyone else has had experience in dealing with this and how they managed through recovery/future deliveries.

    I only had a small tear, but my SIL had a level 4 tear with her first baby because he was so big and went on to have normal vaginal deliveries with her next 3 without opening up her scar tissue.

    I had one. 11 years ago and I still have a part that splits open when we have sex. Also I've found kegels don't really work for me so my pelvic floor is a mess. Tried products but nothing works for either thing. Made me super glad this last one was a c section!
