  Took me a while to figure out what was what but as the PP posted 3 little lines typically indicates a baby girl! (My sister had a similar "image" with the 3 lines for my niece)

  The umbilical cord is directly in front of the lines between her legs.

  You have to rotate the pic counter clockwise and you'll see her legs and her little girl parts in between. Welcome to team pink!
