  Call Amazon. They're best over the phone. Explain your situation and they'll most likely overnight you a new one and you'll probably get the keep the one you have. They goof sometimes but they always make up for it. At least they have for me. A few weeks ago I ordered something and it was a day late (I have the free 2 day shipping with Prime) and they gave me another month of Prime free.

  Really?  Does your thermometer have 2 digits after the decimal point or just 1? Like does it read 97.2 or 97.18?

  It definitely looks like they advertised an actual Mabis and pulled a bait-and-switch on you.  Or maybe it was an honest mistake.  Either was contact Amazon and make the seller send you the correct one.

  I just head back from Amazon, the place I ordered from was out of stock of Mabis so Amazon offered to pay for 1 day shipping and the difference in price for me to purchase from another seller, but they all look like the same seller. So frustrating.  It isn't Amazon's fault, they have been very helpful.
