We recently went to see our MFM specialist where I had my first anatomy scan on baby girl. I was 22+3 and diagnosed with iugr. Our baby isn't growing like she should. She is only in the 3rd percentile. Drs are not confident that baby will make it to term. She told me to be prepared for a preemie and a long nicu stay. So scared.

I'm sorry to hear this. My friend went through this last year. She was given a 50% chance that the baby would make it. They were not able to determine a cause during pregnancy (genetic testing was all normal.) She delivered at 34 weeks and baby was small. A month or so in NICU, but doing great now at a year old. After birth, they tested the placenta and found it had a trisomy.
Take care of yourself and have faith.
