7 weeks with no symptoms!

I went to the doctor last week and he told me I was six weeks and everything looked good. I told him I haven't had any symptoms and he said that they would probably come soon. But still nothing. Has anyone else ever had this before? -- this is my first pregnancy.

I was symptom free for my whole first pregnancy. But with my second and now third, it's been completely opposite.

My first pregnancy was terrible the first trimester. I was extremely nauseous 24/7 until 2 weeks into my 2nd trimester. I'm 6.3 weeks today and the only symptoms I have is semi sore boobs. No nausea, nothing else which I'm savoring as it could still be coming!!!

This questions gets asked a lot on these boards. I mean a lot. Search for it and you will find many many women who report the same as you. I'm one of them, had no morning sickness and minimum other symptoms. I heard a beautiful, strong heartbeat yesterday on a doppler at 10+6. Lack of symptoms does not mean an unhealthy pregnancy. Be thankful you aren't running to the toilet every hour to puke!

This is completely normal. Symptoms come and go throughout pregnancies.

Same here @stowns15 I am approaching 7w this weekend and apart from very slightly sore boobs and a bit of bloat (which I've felt before pg too) I have no symptoms to write home about. Feel like I'm gonna get bad news at my next appointment although it seems like there are others in the same boat. When is your next appointment? Fx for us all!

I would not worry about it. The doctor said everything looks good

You may be lucky and not feel anything or they may come later. Enjoy it while it lasts

Oh my goodness, my only symptoms are slightly sore boobs too!!! (Only 4 weeks 5 days-- we'll see in a few weeks!!). Instead of worrying, I guess I should count my lucky stars

G2p1 here. Not much nausea on this 2nd preg but sore nippies and very very very verrry tired/fatigued. I just want to stay in bed and sleep all day everyday.
