Hi mammas! I hope all of you are having a beautiful afternoon with your little ones! I want to know which diaper cream is best and does not irritate baby's skin. I've been using Aveeno but I see no difference whatsoever. Thanks everyone for your help!
I mix it up, I use either desitin blue label or yellow label and then sometimes Burts bees wax diaper cream/baby powder mix depending on what I think baby girl needs at the time. Desitin blue label is my go to for normal diaper changes.
Burts Bees diaper cream. They even have an extra strength formula. Baby girl had a terrible rash. With a combo of that cream, and rinsing her bottom with warm water, and air drying...it cleared up in a couple days.
Butt paste!!!! Hands down... No I haven't even compared it to anything else, but a week in my LO had major red bootie & it was SUPER effective in just a couple applications!
Agreed on the Butt Paste! We haven't had many rashes so we don't use cream on a regular basis..., but a few months ago my toddler had some pretty bad diarrhea for a day and his tushie was bright red and painful during diaper changes... the butt paste in the red tube cleared it up within 24 hours. It was great!!
Honest Company Diaper Rash Creme! My son had minor diaper rash and after applying the cream it was pretty much healed within the next few diaper changes. I also love to use it at night for chaffing as well. Works very well and prevents rashes on my little guy. He hasn't had any since that first time.
Butt Paste has worked for us well, although it hasn't been needed but once or twice since baby was born. We use Pampers Sensitive wipes and those work so well to clean things up.
We actually use a German brand called Penaten. I haven't really tried anything else so I don't know how it compares, but it works really well! I put it on her every night so that I don't have to change her diaper until the morning. The only thing I don't like is that it's hard to get off my hands, but I guess that's probably a good quality for diaper creme.
We use Burts Bees and DD loves it! She instantly knows when it's been put on and seems to get happier. We also use Burts Bees baby powder to keep her dry and it's been working really well to keep her bottom happy
Re: Best diaper cream!?
It's a natural anti microbial.
