    So I have no clue what cartoon this is from?  Any thoughts?  Kind of looks like Ninja Turtles or Ghostbusters old school

    Find a gif you want to post (google "party animated gif" or whatever), Right-click on the gif and select "Copy image location".  Click on the "Insert Image" icon on the toolbar at the top of the post (like 5th from the end).  Paste the code in the URL text box.
