my 2 week old gets hiccups constantly, practically after each feed. Dr said not to worry. However, I'm spending a good 20-30mins keeping him upright, patting his back etc, because he can't sleep while hiccuping on his back. Mom is getting very tired.

Any tips on how to help remedy this?

Gripe water. It stops my baby's hiccups almost immediately!

Placing a little sugar under baby's tongue also helps.

I've actually found that offering a little feed once hiccups starts soothes my 3 week old. Not sure why but it works.
