Chromosomal testing results are back.. :s

Hi Ladies, Dr. just called me with results for the chromosomal testing done on baby I mc and had a d & c 2 weeks ago..he said baby had Trisomy 18 (Edward's Disease) and that is 'one of the bad ones' in his words...from the us when they found no hb they had mentioned that it looked like something was wrong but for some reason this still comes as a shock, maybe because it is more rare than Trisomy 21..I don't know what to think or feel, I am shaking and I am so scared about the future, I am 37 and this is my 2nd consecutive loss...my heart is shattered, all I dream about is holding my healthy baby in my arms...
He also mentioned that they had found a uniparental chromosome 22 and they would analyze when they would get our results back..
Have any of you had experienced something similar that can guide me or share your experiences? 
I am lost, feel alone, and brokenhearted...

Married: 9/2008.
4/2010 - BFP (Natural)
12/2010 - DS born.
8/2014-TTC#2 
10/2014 BFP
10/2014 Confirmed MC at 5 weeks
5/2015 BFP
8/2015 MMC & D&C at 13 weeks  :'(
11/2015 BFP then CP at 6 weeks.
3/2016 Started IVF+PGS
4/2016 ER, only 5 eggs but 3 Frozen embryos made it to freeze. Only 1 PGS normal embryo.
DOR
Hypothyroidism
MTHFR
DH Sperm with Chromosomal Issues (high % FISH)
AMH .65
8/2016 FET #1 BFN
9/2016 IVF-ER #2  1 normal embryo.
11/2016 IVF-ER #3  0 Embryos
2/2017 FET #2 BFP CP at 6 weeks.
5/2017  BFP Natural. 3 Betas were ok. First US 5-31-2017. Hope it sticks and is healthy!!

    I'm so sorry you're going through this. I can't relate, but just wanted to say I'm thinking of you and I'm sure one day you will get to hold your baby. Even if it feels like it's never going to happen. A friend of mines baby had trisomy 21 and after that loss she now has a healthy little girl. She never thought it would happen after 2 losses! Don't lose hope. I'm currently waiting to miscarry naturally, but I'm just under 7 weeks. I also already have a 3 year old, so it's not as hard as losing a baby Before you have had one. Hope you're ok

    Thank you so much for your words, I do have a 4 yr old and unfortunately we told him right before going in to the us room as we thought everything was ok, so it all happened in front of him which made everything even more traumatic and he keeps asking about the baby and his little brother or sister..I have been wanting to give him a sibling for years and praying that one day it will happen.

    I saw an RE and was told IVF selection would be my option as my ovarian reserve is low and would be hard to get healthy eggs but I really can't afford it, even though if that was my only option I would do whatever it takes. My OB says I should try again naturally but I don't want to go through all of this again and then feel like I possibly 'lost' another year if that makes sense...
    So confused, thank you again for your words, and I am very sorry for your loss...

    I am so sorry you are going through this. You and your family are in my prayers. I can't offer any advice, but I hope you are trying to stay positive although I'm sure it is very hard right now.

    Just think of how rewarding and wonderful it will be when your miracle baby does come along. Thinking of you. <3

    I'm sorry. I have no advice as my 14 wk loss came back with no chromosome issues. Both getting a reason and having no reason for a m/c are difficult to take in in different ways. *hugs*

    Sorry for your loss. Yes, I completely agree, I was just telling DH the other day that hearing the results was really difficult but at the same time if chromosome testing would've come out normal then that would be really tough as well and hard to understand. Tough no matter what. XO
