Swimmer Test

So my DH's semen analysis ( what I like to call his "swimmer test" - tee hee) came back. Our RE says it's normal, so yay! But... I admit I'm a little Google-happy and have a tendency to over-research everything. And I'm concerned about the fact that he has a forward progression grade of 2, which from what I've read can indicate sluggish sperm. His motility is otherwise good (68%) and his count is 97M/mL which is also pretty good I think. Morphology looks fine. So my question is, does anyone have any thoughts on, or experience with, a low forward progression grade? I've read that vitamin C and zinc can boost forward progression - is there any truth to that? Thanks all! Any thoughts on the matter are appreciated!

My hubby has what I call "sluggish swimmers", and they really don't affect pregnancy all that much! It just takes a little longer to get pregnant! It did for us, that is. It took us almost 2 years for me to get pregnant. Now that I'm 5 months along, I know for SURE "sluggish swimmers" can still "do the job". And yes. I know I'm an adult, but using all of those terms and words for it all, is just fun. :))

@ZoeyRaeJames - Congratulations! So happy for you!  And yes, I call them "swimmers" too. With all this technical science-y stuff going on, I feel it sort of lightens the situation and makes the whole thing feel more... human... you know what I mean? Juvenile perhaps, but hey - if you can't laugh then what's left, right? ;)

Do you know if there are any natural remedies that make those sluggish swimmers a little less sluggish? Problem is, I'm about to turn 43 and I don't really have time to wait for them to get moving! LOL!
