Bleeding after sex.

in 2nd Trimester
I am 14 and a half weeks pregnant. Me and my fiancé have sex regularly but today after there was bleeding not loads but was bright red and a bit scary.

I've looked it up and it says it's normal but I'm a bit freaked.

    I would call your doctor and run it by her, she may want you to come in and exam you and check the baby's heartbeat. A lot of time it can be from your cervix, but better safe to check then assume!

    From what I've read, it's normal and a lot of women get it. Your cervix can become more sensitive and bleed more easily during pregnancy. Keep an eye on it, and if it increases or you start to experience heavy cramping, then call your Dr. If not, don't worry about it. Best wishes :)

    My fiancé and I had intercourse oh, probably around 9 weeks and there was quite a bit of blood. My OB nurse said it's just bc the cervix is going through a lot and it may ger bumped during sex. The heaetbeat was still there and eveeything was okay. She said it is completely common in pregnant women. Ihope everything works out girl. Wishing you the best!
