Possible Thrush- Who to call?

I have been having shooting pains in my breast and when I look in LO's mouth there is a white film towards the back of his tongue. I am suspecting thrush (it feels different than when I have had clogged ducts in the past). My question is who do I call about diagnosing/treating this? From what I've read if it is thrush both LO and I need to be treated, so do I need to call my OB and the pediatrician?

    Pediatrician for LO. Some pedis will write the prescription for mom. If not, call your OB. Some will call it in without seeing you.
