pain!! almost a week since iui

Sorry if tmi OK so Monday was my iui I have been having cramps on and off since then but on Friday evening into today when I have had them they have been the worst pain like someone is ripping apart my insides and I can't have a bowel movement when I have tried it was the most excruciating pain I thought I was near death broke into a cold sweat and it hurt to move and it took a whole lot for just a tiny pebble to pass...I have an appointment on Monday so I will tell the nurses then but has anyone else experienced this?

    Oh no, that sounds terrible! Is it pain in ovaries? I had pain for over a week and it seemed to get worse before it got better.

    This feels like my uterus I had ovarian pain after the trigger shot and this isn't the same I would say it's the sensation of period cramps but only magnified by the thousands along with a pulling sensaysensation :(

    That sounds awful :( Have you had any fever? Could it be some sort of infection? I certainly felt some pulling and mild cramping (as if AF was coming about 5-6 days after my IUI), but nothing that severe. Are you able to reach the nurses before that?

    It could be any number of things, including just an unrelated GI issue. If it persists or you have any other indicators (fever etc) go to the ER, don't wait till Monday as those of us in medicated ART are increased risk for certain complications.

    @xxcashliewxx I had the same thing happen to me. It was very painful during the full 2ww after IUI. My RE said it could be implantation, possible infection or just severe cramping from everything that is going on down there. The nurse said if you experience pain during regular menstrual cycles, that it will be intensified.

    Married: 8/29/2009
    TTC- since we got married (off and on)
    TTC with focus: Since July 2015
    Currently had 2 rounds of failed IUIs, failed TI monitored cycle
    December 2015: Starting 1st IVF cycle
    January 2016: Retrieval
    March 2016: Pending Transfer (I have 3 PGS tested embryos waiting for a womb)
    April 2016: BFP, the old fashioned way.

    @ xxcashliewxx that sounds horrible. I did 2 rounds of IUI earlier this year and I remember the pain to be only a couple of days. You should definitely call your dr. I hope you get some amswers soon and I wish you speedy recovery.
    TTC for Baby #1 for 3 years. After 2 failed IUI's & IVFs, God blessed us with our miracle :).  FET 12/17/15 (transferred 2 embryos at 5days). First Beta 12/29/15 = 354. Second Beta 12/31/15 = 694. Third Beta 1/7/16 = 6,695.  Finally heard his heartbeat (126)  on 1/14/16 @ our 1st US.  2nd US on 1/21/16, HR was 159.  The most beautiful sound ever :)
