Baby name help

We are having the hardest time coming up with names for our baby!
We have a two year old son named Troy Joseph and we loved his name the moment we came up with it. We really liked that Troy is a familiar name but not very popular, and Joseph is my hubby's and FIL's middle name, so it worked perfect for us.

We had an unexpected ultrasound yesterday, and it really looked like a girl. We have our full anatomy scan on Weds so hopefully we can know for sure.

We'd like a name that would be similar in familiarity and popularity to Troy. We have some middle names picked out that belong to various family that we'd love to use; Marie, Louise and Michelle. We kind of like Isabella, Arya and Talia for first names but they just don't click for us the way our first one's name did.

If it happens to be a boy my husband is dead set on Tiberius Lee. Definitely not my first choice. He's said it so much now that it's grown on me and I have no ideas to counter it with.

Any other name ideas?! I feel like I've Googled it 1,000 times!

Talia is kind of nice with Troy, related to each other because of the T but not too matchy matchy. Talia Marie is pretty! But if you're looking for something totally new, do you want it to start with a T? (I ask because of the Tiberius boy name being the front runner.)

Maureenmce- I do like Talia Marie! But even though he chose that first name he's still so wishy washy on it...ugh! We don't intend to have a T trend going, cause we'd like to have more kids and I feel like then we'd be trapped with T's if we started it now, although I do like the names Talia and Troy together

I think Austin for a boy would go well with Troy as for a girl... Not sure Macie perhaps or something like that! Sorry that's not much help.

I'm no help, but I have to mention that Captain Kirk was James Tiberius Kirk. Is hubby a Star Trek fan lol? Also, my anatomy scan is also Wednesday and we are totally lost on boy names. Good luck!
