Baby freaks out

so does this happen to anyone? The baby will be super still and all the sudden spazes out... Right now there are weird sounds coming from my abdomen like fluid moving around and then the baby is really still then feels like he has a seizure for a couple seconds then stops. He like shakes really fast. I know they say when a baby is born it will twitch for days or weeks because he or she's muscles are still getting used to be outside but its kind of making me nervous the way his body is shaking then stops

    My babies didn't twitch after birth. Who told you that? Startle yes, but no twitching.

    As for movement in the womb - any concerns should be mentioned to your doctor or midwife for reassurance. Babies have limited room. He could be shaking because he's trying to stretch or wiggle.

    My pediatrician group told me to expect twitching and random movements of there arms and legs. My sisters baby did it after she was born. But every baby is different.

    When that happened to me, I asked my doctor. He said its normal and not to worry

    Yeah my LO does that some too never really concerned me and I had read before it was pretty normal anyway. But you could always bring it up at an appointment if it would make you feel better ;)
