Sore nipple

im 7 weeks pp have had no issues with bfing and all of a sudden one of my nipples is so sore!! I've looked at it, no bleeding, no cracking, it doesn't look weird or really red it just hurts!! Anyone had this? How do I fix it? I've been using lanolin on it just this morning. Hopefully that helps.

    Try some coconut oil instead of lanolin. Make sure LO's latch is correct, sometimes as they grow their mouth size is changing and they need some correcting with latch.
