Oh this is lovely

6 days postpartum and wake up feeling like poop. Throat hurts and headache, and not been around anyone who was sick. Lovely!

How are your Saturday mornings stRting out?

    I got a bad upper respiratory infection the day after I was released from the hospital with DS. It was awful. I wasn't around anyone that was sick either. I hope you feel better soon.

    I am sooo tired today as my gassy LO was up screaming all night. Happy wknd!

    I had the same thing starting at 7 days PP. sinus and drainage and awful sore throat. I just chucked down the ibuprofen and that seemed to take care of it if I stayed on top of it. My oldest son had it before and after my hospital stay and then my youngest son got it and then I did. What a great first couple weeks home!

    I got a bad head cold/ virus at 40 weeks and labored for 24 hours with a horrible cough and congestion. It was awful... but I finally feel better.

    My morning started out nice... I usually work Saturday mornings... and my first Saturday off I was in labor. So this is my first relaxing Saturday morning in forever. Had a bit of a tough night but little Man is eating well and that's all I care about right now!

    I hope you feel better soon!!! Drink lots of fluids, especially warm ones.

    Oh God I forgot how bad PP cramping is without meds. Wow....I feel terrible right now.

    This is likely our last weekend as a family of 2! I'm in awe that I'll be a Mommy soon...We'll probably head to the beach for the afternoon :)

    So jelly consistency is normal??? I don't remember it being like this with my last 2.

    Decent night for a newborn and just waiting for my sister to arrive for a visit today. We will probably hit up the the farmers market and a park.

    Hope you feel better!
    After a rough week between me and DH (getting back into the groove of having a new baby and no sleep) he got up with the boys this morning while me and baby slept in. Reminded me why I love him so ;)

    Being sick is the worst! Especially with a newborn. :(

    I'm cold and bored and lonely and annoyed this morning. It sucks that I'm home with the kids all week while DH works, but he's off today and instead of being home or doing something as a family, he went to some out doors event with his uncle. He asked if he could go and I told him he could, so it's really not fair for me to be mad at him, but I am. I'm just so sick of being stuck in this house and DS(2y/o) isn't a great listener so I don't really want to go anywhere on my own. Ugh.

    Things were going good here....until I discovere a poison ivy rash on my foot and ankle. DH has been walking our dogs down the street and letting them do their business in the woods. Guess my pup got into it and got it on the couch where I sat this morning. I know I itched it while holding DS (before realizing what it was) and now DS is getting a quick bath as soon as he's done eating even though I'm pretty certain I didn't touch his skin between itching it and figuring out what it was. Going to have to wash my furniture too....

    I'm getting a CT scan on Monday because sic thinks I might have a hernia or abscess beneath my c section scar :( today was the first day it isn't miserably hot out but in too sore to go for a walk :(
