New here. PCOS

Hi everyone! I just received my PCOS diagnosis yesterday and I'm just looking for information and people who know what's going on! I have a 3.5 year old DD who although we weren't trying we had no issues conceiving or any difficulty with the pregnancy. I had always had very regular cycles before that. After the birth of my daughter I had the Mirena IUD put in. After the removal, I've had 2 cycles in a 6 month time frame. 1 with Prometrium. Yesterday I went for an Ultrasound and was given the diagnosis. I will now be taking Prometrium and Metformin. This will go on for 6 months with hopes of weight loss and if no pregnancy on that time we will move on to Clomid. Just looking for any tips or advice on pregnancy success!!
