Upper back pain

hi there i am currently 10 weeks and just wondering if anyone else is having upper back/shoulder aches?

    I had some with my first two, haven't yet with this one. My doctor said it could be from the hormone relaxin which starts to loosen your ligaments. I got a pregnancy body pillow and it helped a lot!
