Sitz Baths

Does anyone else HATE doing the Sitz baths or is it just me? I wonder how much they actually help - I don't want to do them!

I didn't do them. Drs recommend but never made me. 1 of my nurses said it was a personal preference. I think I am healing fine without it.

Really?!? I thought it was heaven - The one the hospital has. Besides that I couldn't figure out how to really fill it right on my own and made overflow everytime I filled it!

I havent been using it bc honestly I cant find the time, however ill be using mine sometime this weekend and putting epsom salt in it to help with some soreness im having! It works wonders on stitches and wounds and the healing process.

I tried it once but wasn't really impressed. However I'm still in a lot of pain so maybe I'll try again

I think it feels relieving, but I hate sitting there for 15-20 min. I take my phone to try to occupy me. My stitches are water soluble and will dissolve so my midwife really suggests them 2 times a day to help the stitches dissolve quicker.
