Day 6 of 30 day shred and I used 3lb weights instead of 2 today! My off days are Wednesday and Sunday so it'll take more than 30 days. I really haven't lost any weight but I can see a difference in my abdomen and my arms and back were sore the first two days. Getting there!
I had a mommy daughter Photoshoot this past Tuesday, and wore my wedding dress for it. The fact that I fit in it, means I must be pre-pregnancy shape (except for the boobs) haha! Ab challenge helping lots too!!
2 weeks on ww. 6 pounds down. I'm 7 below pre-pregnancy weight but far from where I want to be. I'm pretty motivated though, so hoping I can stick with it this time.
Still 10 pounds to go and LOTS of toning up. I haven't been working out minus walks and playing w/ a toddler, been eating healthy though. I keep meaning to start a beachbody program as I have 4 of them, but anytime there's a break from mommy duties or housework I just want to relax or have fun.
Officially 10 lbs off since I started weight watchers about 5 weeks ago. 5 to go to be prebaby weight. I'd still like to lose about 25 though... Premarriage weight for me - ha! I like that.
