Does this look like excima to you?

He has it on both arms. He had it on his forehead and legs, but it moved to his side and arms. Very rough to the touch..

    Yeah it looks like it could be a mild case of eczema or just dry skin patches. Eczema seems much redder to me though but a doc will know best.

    Looks like eczema to me as well. Especially if its rough to the to touch. My baby had a bit of it and I would put aquaphor on it after I put on his lotion after his night time bath and then put his pjs on. It went away after a few days. I just continue to do it if I notice the skin getting a little rough again.
