Cannot decide...

...which is worse. The unbearable 24/7 indigestion and vomiting when I do eat, or the headaches and hypoglycemic episodes when I don't.
Trying a few spoonfuls of grits and crossing my fingers for gastric equilibrium.

    FXFY.  I find slow continuous eating to help.  indidgestion doesn't kick in so bad if I just keep eating...
