Recurrent losses with children and no "answers"??

I hope it's ok to post here. I had two perfect pregnancies followed by two early (6ish weeks) miscarriages. Then another healthy pregnancy and then just recently a 14 week loss in July. Baby was tested for chromosome abnormalities and was found to have none. I had my blood drawn for thyroid, blood clotting etc, and all that came back normal. My OB is now sending me to a high risk OB to see if he has any more ideas. My OB is totally lost as to why I've had 3 healthy pregnancies and now 3 losses and especially this 14 week loss when the pregnancy, ultrasound, and baby all looked perfect.

I'm just wondering if there are others out there in a similar situation who have had successful pregnancies as well as unexplained losses, then went on to have a successful pregnancy. I'm not sure how to proceed really. I had hoped for an answer so we could try to fix it, but now that there's no answer I feel it's a shot in the dark. I'm terrified to get pg again and mc, but I'm longing for our 4th and last baby.

Any thoughts appreciated, and I wish you all healthy and happy pregnancies. :)

    With my 1st child my water broke at 34 weeks and I was induced and delivered at 36 weeks (she was perfect health wise). I got no answers as to why this happened. With my son I was monitored for incompetent cervix as well as preterm labor by a perinatal specialist and everything checked out fine, no complications and I delivered him full term. With my 3rd baby I miscarried at 17 weeks + 4 days. His heart just stopped and I had to be induced to deliver him. My ultrasounds and blood work came back perfect with him and I was also checked for infection following the miscarriage. We had my placenta sent to a lab, it looked normal. Baby had all his organs and had no obvious deformities. I also got a full work up for blood disorders, and had my thyroid checked and a whole bunch of other labs that all came back with nothing. I am now pregnant with my 4th baby. I'm 18 weeks+3 days and keeping my fingers crossed for a healthy pregnancy and baby. I guess I don't really have an answer for you but I think we are going through similar experiences. Hopefully I can update you at the end of this pregnancy by posting a picture of a beautiful, healthy baby! ❤️

    My DD was a perfect pregnancy, born at 39w6d. Text book pregnancy my OB called her! My next pregnancy 3 years later ended in a loss at 16w4d just last September when my water broke at home. Autopsy revealed a perfectly healthy boy, no issues, and right on target growth wise. Due to losing all my amniotic fluid, we had to decide to induce or wait for my body to start labour on it's own and we chose induction. He had a heartbeat right until just before delivery. Autopsy also showed an infection in my uterus...unknown cause/reason. I miscarried again 4 months later in January at 7w3d. I'm pregnant again now, and so far so good (23 weeks today!) but I've been with the high risk OBs since 7 weeks, weekly OB visits, friable cervix, random spotting, preterm labour scare that resulted in a 2 day hospital stay at 18 weeks, regular swabs for infection, u/s every 2 weeks, progesterone since 13 weeks, and off work since 12 weeks on modified bed rest.
    All blood work is normal for me and my losses were unexplained. They "suspect" I had BV and didn't know, hence the uterine infection... but they also said it could have been due to my water being broken for 34 hours before delivery.
