I don't know about you ladies but I'm still in awe of my body for getting this baby baked and delivered! I had a super short labour and my body seemed to know just what to do. I was able to use mindfulness and breathing to help work through my contractions without any pain relief drugs, and could feel where the baby was at when he was coming out. I had a great midwife who said all the right things to help me through, but rather than labour 'happening to me' like it did with my first baby, I felt like 'I made it happen' this time. I feel like I'm one of the few people who has a positive labour story!
My boobs don't do breastfeeding easily which is painful and frustrating and horrible, so today I'm trying to focus on the positives!
Why is your body awesome??

I'm trying to feel happy/grateful with my body, but right now I'm frustrated. I am grateful this was the first time I have ever gotten pregnant with no medical assistance. I never thought I'd have a "surprise" pregnancy. Also, after preemie twins, I am relieved to have a full term baby cooking.
@kettlekitten I hope BF gets easier. Your birth picture looked so happy and peaceful
Even though my milk completely dried up after 6 weeks, I'm thankful I was able to provide my baby girl with my milk that long!
