Check me out I am at the top!! I am 2nd trimester next week...so we need a new check in leader. I don't mind doing it next week, but after that someone needs to step up. It's not hard or even all that time consuming!

Our BIG news this week is that the bloodwork showed a very healthy little girl is on her way! We have 2 boys in heaven and 2 boys here in my arms so I am shocked! Floored and oh so excited!! I even bought a new to me crib! My boys crib is black and I always wanted a white one for a girl Sooo when a college friend was selling the IKEA crib for $20 I scooped up that deal!! And a back full of handmedowns too! I can't even picture a little girl in my arms.

I wish I could stop saying "if" we have this baby...."worst case I know we can resell the crib for $20"....dang that IF brain. I hate you.

In happy news we are taking family pictures tonight with a little pair of pink chucks!! I am excited about that!!

QOTW: we are announcing this week at 13 weeks, but most close friends and family know!!

Hello! Had my first OB appt on Thursday (last one was my final RE appt) and baby was measuring perfectly and very active! Looked soooo cute on the ultrasound.

.

QOTW: I told so many ppl about the IF treatments that it's hard to try to avoid the "did it work" or "am I pregnant" questions

. So more ppl already know than I had wished. But my next ultrasound isn't until 4 more weeks when I'll be 14 weeks pregnant, so I think I'll "officially" announce it to everyone else (like FB) at that time. But I feel like everyone probably knows already! lol

First OB appt is Friday. Hoping they'll be nice and do another u/s because I love ultrasounds.

We have told our parents (regrettably, as talking to them about it gives me anxiety). We haven't told anyone else. Anyone, even extended family. We might do an announcement in October after the anatomy scan. I haven't decided yet. Or we may just show up to Christmas looking like a tank. We'll see how I feel.

We earned this. We worked hard for this. Part of me wants to lock it away, and keep it just to ourselves. We suffered so long alone with no one understanding the pain we were in, why should the same people get to share in our joy?

How to I get into one of these groups where we all check in with each othe, I'm really early just had my blood test confirm pregnacy last week so I'm only about 3 1/2 weeks in. Not sure if this is the group or a new one will be forming.

I had some more BW yesterday and everything is coming along well. I have another u/s on Monday and if everything looks good I will be cleared to see a regular OB, however I still have to see the RE because I will be on the estrace pills and PIO shots until 12 weeks. I am very excited and nervous.

QOTW: We told my immediate family and we plan on telling my DH family labor day weekend. Everyone else we will wait until we are out of the first trimester.

Status: 8 weeks along. I wish I could have an ultrasound every day to see if my little bean is healthy. Next appointment is Monday the 24th.

UPDATE: We are having another set of TWINS!!!!!!!!!!

Genetics says both BOYS this time

Both with strong heartbeats!!!!!!!

We are in shock!!!!!

QOTW: Almost no one knows about our IF struggles especially since it is mostly due to DH's dx.

Doing ok this week. Still with the very misnamed morning sickness. Energy is better. Have an ob appointment Tuesday. Genetics testing was low prob for genetic abnormalities and was predicting two girls.

So far we have told a lot of people and made a Facebook announcement at 12 weeks. My partner couldn't wait any longer.

Hello! I am currently pregnant with my first child thanks to IVF! I am 6 weeks 5 days today! My EDD is April 11th. I'm so excited but also very nervous which I'm sure is normal! We got to hear our baby's heartbeat yesterday which was amazing!

QOTW: We only told our family and a few friends so far. These are the same people who knew we were doing IVF. We will wait until after 12 weeks to share with everyone.

Hello everyone I am joining the accountability group and just wanted to do a little welcome.

I have been struggling with infertility for the last 4 years and have done a lot of treatment and had 2 losses. I took a while off and after my husband and I moved we decided to start trying again, saw a new Dr and had an IUI done on July 28th and got my BFP 2 weeks later!!!!! I had my beta the following day and another blood test on Monday. So far my levels look really good and everything is going smoothly. I have calculated me EDD as being 17 April but I have not yet had my first US. My first US is on Friday and I know it is going to be a little soon and we are not gonna see a ton but I am so excited.

So happy to be a part of this group and I can't wait to spend the next 9 months with you ladies!!!!!

Hello! So happy to be joining this group after a long infertility journey. Just got my BFP after a DE cycle. I had my first beta 12dpt on Wednesday (1141) and second beta on Friday (2512). My EDD is 4/25... 4 days before our anniversary. Anyway... This week I have been STARVING! I had to get up not once, but twice to eat a snack last night... Anyone else super hungry?? QOTW: just some close Family know about my BFP... Some close friends know about my IVF cycle.... I will tell them know after my first ultrasound, everyone else will find out at the end of my first trimester.

Hi guys,

I am expecting twins after transferring two embryo with FET3. Due date is 4/2/16. I am so excited it. But I am tired of being exhaust everyday.

@efhoping2010 Wow second set of twins? Congratulations!!!

Any advice will be appreciate I am sort of freaking out with one set of twins.

Hi! New to this board. Was looking for a 1st tori check in for this week. I guess there wasn't one. Anyway, after a 4 year struggle, we officially got out BFP yesterday at beta (482). I had (2) 5 day blasts transferred and I'm 5 weeks tomorrow. My next beta won't be until next Tuesday. My first ultrasound will be Sept 9th @ 7 weeks. During to know if we'll have twins. So my appx. Due date is April 26th 2016. Suppose I will find out for sure at the u/s. So glad to be here with all of you.

Hi everyone! Would love to be added on here! We got our first beta on Monday (81) and our second today (221). I will be 4 weeks tomorrow. After 2 years of trying, 3 medicated and TI cycles, a surgery, and an IUI with injectible, we got our BFP, which I'm still having a really hard time believing. Weirdly enough, I had a lot more symptoms last week than I'm having this week. First ultrasound will be on September 15th, between 6 and 7 weeks. I'm pretty sure we've got only one bun in the oven, but I can't wait to see that little heartbeat! Due date would be around May 5. Looking forward to getting to know you ladies!

@krbjoy : I know! I was really glad when I heard! It almost tripled! Went to see my pelvic health physio today and she agreed that my stomach feels completely different already! It's exciting! Can wait to hear the results of your US!

@KidShrink aww thanks! I can't believe I have to wait so long again for my next blood test. Oh well, as long as it brings good news I can wait. I can't wait for the u/s either! One or two? Ahhhhhh. Yeah, I thought my stomach felt different already too. It's like firmer or harder or something. Not bigger. I dunno. It's weird.

@krbjoy : totally the same feeling...hard, but almost spongy? My physio said it was a lot softer/relaxed (I was almost insulted, but I'm sure she's talking about inside, not the look of it! ). I was surprised they're not having you do a repeat earlier, but I guess it's high enough that they're not too worried?

@KidShrink My assumption about the clinic is that they want to be sure. So if they tested me every other day and the numbers only went up slightly, what would that prove? But if you test a week later the number should be extremely higher and therefore more definitive? I dunno. I'm guessing. I have no idea. Maybe they just want to torture me? lol jk. My whole experience seems to have been different than most people's I read here. But maybe that's a good thing. They must be doing something right. How are you feeling these days?
