Feels like the first trimester again...

So I had an emergency c section on the 15, came home and now a week later I have had headaches every day, and nausea with only one episode of vomiting. Apparently the release of hormones are doing this to me.. I feel like it's the first trimester all over again. Anyone else feeling sick after delivery?
