What to eat when EVERYTHING makes you sick

so recently(all this week) I've been turned by everything. I'm normally a great eater. I love a good salad. Lots of greens. We always try to vary our dinners. This week it's like yuck. Get that salad away from me. The only thing I want to eat are chicken burgers and bacon. Two things I would never really eat much of. Anyone else any little tips for eating asides from little and often.

There is another post about this where you can find more answers. I think the name was "how to eat healthy when nothing sounds good" or something like that. The gist is eat whatever you can keep down (especially with Your prenatal) for the first trimester and worry about healthy/well rounded meals once the nausea/MS is better.

I feel the same way and what's working for me right now is homemade chicken soup! I carton of vegetable broth, 1 carton of chicken bone broth, celery, carrots, white onion and some chicken! A little salt and pepper and yum. It's mild and fills your tummy.
  • A friend of ours who has had a few high risk pregnancies had really severe morning sickness and she just told me that she was told to eat a solid protein with each meal. Like a meat. Apparently it lessens the nausea a fair bit.
