Cysts on the brain????

in 2nd Trimester
So I had a scan done where they do the full anatomy of the baby. The doctor told me that there were cysts on the brain. She said they could either go away at birth or it could be related to Trisomy 18.
Has anybody else expierenced this?

    My doctor said they found a cyst on my baby's brain af the anatomy scan at 19 weeks. She told me these usually resolve themselves! Hopefully it will. I have another sonogram scheduled for next month where they will check it again

    They are a soft maker and in the absence of any other indications, it is likely benign and should resolve itself.

    Everything else did look ok on the baby.
    I have been freaking out since the doctor mentioned Trisomy 18.

    My girlfriend had this with all three of her kids and they all resolved and all three are beautiful healthy amazing little humans. Try not to worry to much.
