Am I the only one who body starts to hurt if you lay in a position too long? Its not even 2 minutes that go by that Im laying down then I change positions or get up n I feel so much pressure!
I am constantly moving for a more comfortable position. I don't think that I get real sleep anymore. When I get desperate I will take a Tylenol pm. It is on my safe medicine list. Wish I had taken some tonight!
I can never get comfortable. Usually when I get up I feel like I've done a million crunches. But I think it's just normal third trimester symptoms. I usually take benadryl to help me fall asleep. The nurse at l&d said it was fine to take and it usually knocks me out lol. Hope you feel better soon.
@monique41987 I've been having a heck of a time with my sciatica since around 20 weeks. It's better now that the baby is bigger and now head down so he isn't always laying on my left side and putting all that pressure on my nerve. I've been going to a gentle touch chiropractor every two weeks and it's made a huge difference. I also use a moist heating pad on the couch at night and sleep with a rediculious amount of pillows. Good luck!
