Its coming ladies. I'm a sucker what can I say.

But I'm not drinking caffeine this pregnancy. (I know you can and what not but I'm not... That's not the issue lol)

I usually get a pumpkin spice chai. What can I get that's still amazing but caffeine free to satisfy my pumpkin cravings?!

I make pumpkin spice smoothies.

Vanilla protein powder (make sure it's a pregnancy safe one), almond milk, pumpkin puree, pumpkin spice, ice, and blend. It is absolutely delicious.

Heard on the news yesterday supposedly this year Starbucks is actually going to add REAL pumpkin to its PSL. It's about time but I'm curious if it will change the taste. Lol

They can add the pumpkin spice to hot chocolate or a steamer (just milk).

I bought pumpkin pie creamer and I just make decaf coffee, it's completely satisfying! I love pumpkin everything!

Starbucks will make anything decaf! Love pumpkin spice and cannot wait but I'll wait until it gets cool, lol.

I used to work at Starbucks! You can certainly get it just milk and syrup. It's called a "steamer with ____" whatever syrup you like.

I found out I'm allergic to coffee, so that's what I'll be ordering.

As for taste, I'm sure it will taste different because now it's going to be pumpkin AND spice lattes, rather than just the spices that go into a pumpkin pie (cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves).

I bought a big bottle of pumpkin pie spices, and I can't wait to make pumpkin custard!! I suppose I could use sweet potatoes, but it's just not the same.

@kyleneum13 that is SO making me crave the pumpkin smash smoothie from Jamba Juice. I used to work there 12 years ago and they still had it seasonally back then. Your recipe is a much healthier version I need to try ASAP!

@mizuiro007, I will probably search Pinterest and find something. I want to try to make a paleo one, since I now have to monitor my blood sugar. But, I may just do my mom's pumpkin pie filling without the crust (so it's gluten free).

A weight watchers tip is taking pumpkin purée, a box of sugar free vanilla pudding and cool whip. It's delicious.

You can also take a box of spice cake and one can of pumpkin and make muffins.

My only other suggestion is pumpkin beer, specifically Shipyard, but that is not helpful lol.

Btw, Dunks pumpkin spice is available, and delicious.

Yum! I will most definitely be having an occasional pumpkin spice latte!! I'm not really drinking too much caffeine, but I will be indulging here and there; it is simply my favorite fall beverage!!

I bet starbucks would do a pumpkin spice hot chocolate. Hot chocolate with the pumps of pumpkin spice syrup.

ETA: I asked a friend who worked at Starbucks and she said that yes they can do this. Or you can just order your latte with decaf espresso.
