Not good here. I started going back to gym a couple of weeks ago after I stopped going after the 1st trimester. Now, I just saw myself in the mirror and I began questioning why I am even going. It is so hard going after knowing what I was able to do before pregnancy. My clothes do not look right either. I can't fully wear old pre-pregnancy clothes. It's so hard not to be down on myself.

Yup this is me too. I'm discouraged. Just barely getting through the 30 day ab challenge.
I just started 30 day shred and tracking calories yesterday. Today will be day 2 and I'm taking it just like that. One day at a time. 7 lbs to go but looking more forward to toning rather than weight loss.

100% agreed. I was in the BEST shape of my life right before getting pregnant. I had lost 30lbs on weight watchers, ran the half marathon, and was starting to consider myself an athlete. Then first trimester morning sickness and food aversions made everything fall to crap. Meat, fruits and veggies made me puke and the only thing I could keep down was bread and pasta. I gained almost 20lbs in first trimester
It is so frustrating looking in the mirror now. I can't even fit into most of my pre-weight watchers clothes, let alone all the new clothes I bought after losing the weight.
30 day ab challenge was a breeze last year. Now I struggle every day (though it's getting better). And I find I barely have the time to do it!! I don't get how some ladies have the time/energy to go to the gym and workout. I do the ab challenge in the evenings after DS goes to bed and by the time I finish (10 minutes) I am exhausted and crawl into bed myself.
I started back to the gym now that DD will take a bottle if she needs to while I'm gone (I BF her before I go though). Yes, I am back tracking a bit, but it feels so good to really MOVE. I had to give up sprints last September, so those were bloody tough, and planks around early April, so those are killing me.
As for diet, I'm back on fairly strict paleo again, with the exception of my oatmeal for lactation - I don't dare stop any of my lactation boosters since I'm not sure what's working for sure. At least oatmeal is gluten free - the gluten really makes a difference even though I'm not a celiac. I never really have missed the bread/grain aspect of paleo, so I'm glad to be back on it, it just means I have to prep more of my own meals instead of mooching all of my dinners from the folks. And...I lost 133 lbs in a year and a half before getting pregnant, so I imagine I'll lose this 25 in the next few months. I'll be happy if I can get back into my work clothes when I'm back to work next May.
I started exercising as soon as I was cleared (6 weeks) and just completed Insanity and am staring Piyo as soon as it comes in the mail It really helps that I have family working out with me to keep me accountable! At about 1 month after she was born, I started Isagenix. At first I did just shakes and bars, which helped me lose some plus gave me more energy then I stopped nursing and could cleanse. Using this has helped me return to me pre pregnancy size and lose some extra body fat. Plus I have more energy to keep up with life
I'm starting the 21 day fix next week once the package gets here! I'm just adding 500 calories to the number of calories needed! I'm also going to verify with my pediatrician about drink
Lost 27 out of 38, which is pretty good. But fact is I lost that all in the first month so I should have made more progress by now. I should start working out or counting calories...
I just started a 30 ab and squat challenge with my friend and it's going well! I did yoga until I was 39 weeks preggo and I started back up at 8 weeks pp. I've been back to my prepregnancy weight for a while and I am feeling really great about how I look! It makes me feel better on those super tired days (aka every day recently) after no sleep since DS has decided he hates sleeping!

Sigh.
