  Just an fyi those measurements are notorious for being extremely off so I wouldn't worry.
  My friend was told she was going to have a 12 pounder and he was just over 7.

  I was told my son was going to be 7.5-8 lbs max... He was 9.7 lbs !

  I should have clarified.
  It can absolutely go either way. Definitely take the weight with a grain of salt!

  I was told 7-8 pounds and she was 6 lbs, 1 oz. They just don't know.

  Don't go by the u/s they are so inaccurate my Dr wont even guess anymore.They thought my first was going to be over 7 pounds,ended up 5.8

  My first they told me she'd be 9-10lbs and even offered an elective c-section but I declined. She had a huge head but only 8 lbs 7oz.
