NPR rant

I am so mad at my husbands work right now. Every month they get a bonus if they meet a certain criteria. My husband goes above and beyond his required responsibilities, with no recognition for his work btw, and always does what is asked. But because someone decided to be knit picky, he doesnt get the bonus by half a freaking point. So thats $400 that he doesnt get on this next paycheck because of half a point. Ugh. It seems like every other time I turn around his workplace is doing something to screw him over while simultaneously rewarding people who are working a fraction as hard as he is.

    Is there an open door policy that he could bubble it up the chain and fight it? Squeaky wheel gets the grease...

    Im not really sure what can be done but he did say he was going try to talk to someone about it. Im crossing my fingers though.
