Round Ligament Pain?

Hi, my name is Jess. I am currently 11 weeks pregnant, and I am having some horrible left-side pain. It started yesterday. The pain begins a few inches underneath my left breast, and stretches all the way down to my bottom hip area. Is this pain normal? And are there any natural home remedies I can do to ease the pain? Tylenol does not do so much for me. Thanks!

Is it a constant pain? Whenever I've had RLP it's been around my groin area (later on in pregnancy) and also sudden sharp pains that don't last very long all over my belly if I stand up or move too suddenly. Left side there aren't really any organs you'd have to worry about (maybe an ovarian cyst??). You can try going to a chiropractor or even putting a heating pad on your left side to see if that takes care of it. There is a lot of stretching going on right now - and pregnancy can be super painful. Definitely call your doc if you are worried - they're used to taking all kinds of calls, never be afraid to call.

Thank you so much! Yesterday, it was off and on, but today, it's been pretty consistent. I will definitely try the heating pad!

And as gross as it sounds, it could be gas too. I know gas can cause awful pains, almost labor like sometimes and it can be scary.
