Anybody else feels like their vagina is ruined?

had an episiotomy and waited another week after my doctor cleared me to have sex again. I'm not a masochist so I was concerned about pain. Turn out there was no pain at all but it just didn't feel right. It felt WAY too loose and somehow like the doc didn't give me enough stitches. My husband says it's all good but I know that I feel it he can probably feel it even more. My baby was small and I was totally not expecting it to be this bad. I'm doing kegels but is there anything else you ladies have done?

    We've not had sex yet... But it looks horrible (yes I've looked, pretty much daily)! I don't know how my DH will find it remotely attractive... It also looked very "wide" last week - god I hope it reduces!

    I should have taken a before picture to reminisce! I have 3 weeks til 6 weeks but I can't imagine it getting much better

    Lol I love the idea of a before picture :) This is my third LO, I'm only almost 3 weeks post partum as well, but with the other two sex did eventually feel normal again. I think it just takes time, OP I promise your vagina isn't ruined, it does get better!
