Crap! Did I screw up??

my baby girl is sleeping so beautifully in her crib. She loves her bed when I'm awake, as I put her stuffed toys and blankets and wedge pillow in there (when we're both sleeping her bed is very plain.. No toys, blankies or pillow.) anyways.. Since she is sleeping so peacefully, I decided to spoil myself and paint my nails... In our small room.. No fan on.. I realized it smells bad in here and then panicked. I turned the fan on and opened the door. Part of me thinks that it's safe.. So many people paint there nails. It would have warnings on the bottle of not... Then the other part of me is about to cry.. Am I hurting my baby? I never painted my nails with my older two.. Not untill they were older, simply because I didn't feel like it.
Opinions? I'm worried.

It's perfectly fine to paint your nails in a well ventilated room. I'm worried that it's not in a small closed up room though... I just didn't think about it.

I think it's fine, the smell goes away fairly quickly, especially if you opened the door and turned on the fan.
