Leopard like spots on my lower back...worried?

I have red leopard like spots on my back. They don't itch, aren't raised, and I honestly wouldn't have known they were there if it wasn't for my husband. Should I be worried about this? I didn't have these last pregnancy and I've never heard of this kind of pregnancy skin change. I'm 30 weeks pregnant and everything else about my pregnancy has been perfect. Anyone else seen this? Should I be rushing to the dr? Help!

    I'm a pediatric nurse practitioner not in women's health and it's hard to tell but this looks like pityriasis rosea to me. If you have no other symptoms I wouldn't rush to the doctor but worth mentioning.

    It looks like that to me too. I've had it twice which is apparently very rare. I really hope it's not that though because it's itchy and lasts 3-12 months and there's no treatment. And it grows to cover practically your whole trunk and upper limbs.
