fetal hiccups?????

Hello everyone. So I felt some weird movement last week and I called my Dr and she told me it's fetal hiccups but nothing else about it. I was wondering if it's a bad thing. (This is my first. I'm 31 weeks today and having a boy.) He has them 2-4 times a day and they last about 2 to 15 minutes. I've looked online about them but everything I have read says something different. Should I be concerned??????? Or call my Dr again

    Agreed with @Nukke. My baby gets them about 5-7 times a day....still cute but slightly not cute anymore lol

    Ok thank you. I feel a lot better. It was making me kind of nervous and everything online said different things.

    They are freaky! Especially since they are so frequent. I was told it's the baby's way of exersising their diaphragm, preparing for birth. No worries needed!

    Yep completely normal and yes the first few times it's super cute but the novelty wears off extremely fast.... especially when you can feel the hiccups in your bum while you are laying down trying to sleep! Argh!

    They are actually a very reassuring sign! Hiccups are a sign of a working neurologic system! My little man hiccups several time per day.
