Is this labor?

Alright. 40 weeks today, and desperate for a contraction, I hooked myself up to the breast pump this morning and almost immediately had contractions, 5min apart for an hour and a half, then they slowed big time. Did another session with the pump this afternoon, same exact result. Now I just peed and had a little bloody show. Is the early labor?!?! Please say yes!

    That really works?!?!?!? I'm 39 weeks and miserable. I have been having BH like crazy. Some have been painful but nothing consistent. It sucks. :-(

    I feel your pain, I'm 3 days past my due date and have been in false/pre labor for almost 72 hours. I'm ready to try just about anything to get these contractions consistent.

    I'm 39 and 2 days, bouncing on a ball as I write so I am hoping it worked! My BH seemed to disappear. I had more at week 37 than I do now.
