Wed - Chicken Bacon Ranch Sandwiches w/ corn on the cob and homemade french fries
Thurs - Homestyle Pork Chops w/ mashed potatoes
Fri - undecided but possibly: chicken fajitas, grilled chicken salad, or shepherd's pie
Sat - white chicken chili
Sunday evening I plan on cooking up an entire batch of breakfast burritos and breakfast sandwiches so we could end up having breakfast for dinner one night also!
I always hesitate looking at this thread because by dinner time I do not want hot food, meat, or to cook in general. But thankfully I am now getting my appetite back and hope to participate on this thread soon/steal dinner ideas )
Has anyone else tried Emeals? I am a HUGE fan. It's a weekly meal plan with recipes and a shopping list in pdf form you can download and save. The app is awesome because you can skip meals you don't like, save meals you do, mix and match from previous weeks, etc., and it will adjust your shopping list accordingly. You can also add your own groceries to the shopping list. There are tons of different plans (paleo, kid-friendly, low carb, diabetic, etc.) I switched from low calorie to clean eating when I got pregnant, although I did abandon meal planning entirely for a few weeks when the nausea hit and I never knew what was going to sound good from one day to the next. It's $1 a week and totally worth it. (It's 7 meals a week, but the screen shot cut off the last 2.)
I know I totally sound like I work for the company. I don't. Just a little obsessed with the amount of time this saves me every week.
