41 weeks and no end in sight!

My little one doesn't want to make an appearance! No signs of dropping or dilating....scheduled induction Tuesday night. Any words of wisdom?

    Good luck! I went through two inductions that went very smoothly, I'll be thinking of you!

    My baby didn't drop until active labor and the one time my OB checked I wasn't even a cm dilated. It could still happen, but if you need to be induced you will do great! End is in sight!!

    Hang in there- I went to 9 days past and was induced- Induced with 0 dilation but everything happened quickly and smoothly- good luck!

    No advice, but good luck with the induction! I'm sure it'll go smoothly. I'm 39 weeks now and I have to signs of dilation or any contractions at all either:-(
    Me: 37, DH: 38: ttc 7 years, dx: unknown
    10/11: after 2 years, saw a RE, FSH 5.4
    11/11: BFP! (surprise after thyroid & normal hsg),
    12/11: missed m/c after 7 week u/s, 1/12: D&C
    6/12 IUI#1-IUI #3: clomid = BFP!, C/P
    IVF #1(10/12) FSH 5.4, AFC: 16 long Lupron, 5R/5M/4F, all 4 made it to 5dt, 1 blast/1-8 cell transferred=BFN
    IVF #2(12/12)AFC 21, MD lupron, 4R/4M/3F, 5dt of 1 blast and 2-8cell. BFN.
    IVF#3(4/13) Natural start antagon protocol, 12R,11F. one PGS normal at day 6 transfer. BFN.
    IVF#4 (11/13) C.CRM (ODW.U normal 8/13 Still no Diagnosis) EPP/antagonist. ER 13R/7M/6F. Only 1 made it to freeze. Abnormal. Looking into options of DE, Fresh vs frozen.
    10/14 new local RE to look into what's next. CD3 FSH 4.7, AMH 0.9. Met with DE agencies and exploring options for feb/march 2015.
    Surprise natural bfp (4 days before donor is signed). Beta #1 at 9dpo: 51.8, 2nd beta: 195 (25 hours doubling) @11dpo. 3rd beta (12/15): 516 (35 hrs doubling) 4th beta(12/17): 895 (58 hours doubling) 5th beta(12/19): 2120. U/S at 5w0d(12/22): one gestational sac with yolk sac. U/S #2 (6w0d)12/29. One little bean measuring 6w0d with HR 124. 3rd u/s(1/4)7w0d: baby measuring 7w2d. HR 134. 3/30: A/S at MFM went great except for low lying placenta. Verifi results are normal! Team Blue! Please send any positive thoughts our way! EDD:8/24/2015
    Baby Will born 8/18. He's perfect.

    I'm 39+3 with baby #3 and this is how I feel. I think i should be far more uncomfortable than I am at this stage of the game. I feel like I am and could be like this forever..only dilated to 1 cm two appts in a row... And baby is high. :-( I keep reminding myself both of the other two were born in the 39th week... Dilating or not doesn't necessarily mean anything, but to add to my anxiety, I'm attempting a VBAC this time and the doctor told me that if I go over, they could induce is my body is favorable to it... Already dilating, soft, etc... Ugh..

    40 weeks today, myself. I am sending you happy thoughts and good wishes! 
    (Next Tuesday I am scheduled for an induction.)

    Right there with you. 41 weeks tomorrow been dillated and thin for a while heads been at 0 for weeks lost my plug but nothing. No constant contractions. I feel your pain of waiting. I've stoped answering my texts. We will talk induction tomorrow at my appt. Hopefully our baby's come soon.

    So glad to see this thread! I'll be 41 weeks tomorrow, and was 50% effaced and <1cm dilated at my last appointment. Induction scheduled for Friday if things don't get moving this week. Feels like I will always be pregnant, but just trying to relax and keep focused on the fact that the baby will be here soon!

    This is exactly how I felt when my due date came and went. But I ended up becoming so frustrated that by the time my labor did start, I was not working with my body very well and I think that's why I ended up with such a rough time of it. I know it's hard but try to stay relaxed! Your body will do what it's supposed to!

    I know how you feel, 40+5 and tomorrow is my induction day. Nervous about it as I am a FTM. We will do great...positive thoughts, lots of prayers and try to relax!

    ugh, i know how you feel. I hope something has happened for you and if not, good luck tonight. Im 41 weeks today, and nothing is happening. I feel hopeless. I really want this baby to come on her own.
