Foggy urine??

Has anyone else experienced cloudy urine? I just had my ob check up and they tested my urine as usual and nothing came back wrong. I was thinking it could have something to do with my prenatal vitamins because I take them at night and it's only my first morning urine that is foggy. Gross question I know! Thanks for any advice!

It's prob from your vitamins. I have that anytime I take them before bed as well. It's because your body uses what it needs and then gets rid of the excess through urine. And since prenatals are super concentrated there's a lot that you don't need. When you take them in the am the same thing happens, but you don't notice as much because you're drinking water throughout the day so your urine is more diluted. It's totally normal.
